Summary Tape File (STF) 1 Profiles

Summary Tape File 1 contains 100% or short form data that was collected from all households. Among population items included are age, gender, race and Hispanic origin, urban/rural, and household and family types, etc. Among housing items included are tenure (own or rent), value, and vacancy status, etc. CEIC has compiled both a one page summary sheet as well as an eight page comprehensive report for all geographic areas.

Among socio-economic items included are education, ancestry, disability, migration, employment, industry and occupation, income and poverty, etc. Among housing items included are plumbing, house heating fuel, farm residence and vehicles available, etc.  CEIC has compiled both a four page summary set and a 22 page comprehensive report for all geographic areas.
